In connection with the implementation of its main subject of activity, MS Realty collects and processes information related to the search and supply of real estate, and for this purpose the agents and administrators of MS Realty enclose in the corporate database information submitted by the Users as follows:

a / when searching for a property: name, telephone, e-mail, budget (approximate transaction price), characteristics of the property searched;

b / upon offering of property: name, telephone, e-mail of the owner, address of the property, sale price or monthly rent, basic characteristics of the property, according to the corporate requirements for entering specific information in the database;

in / at the conclusion of Mediation Agreements: name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, Personal Identification Number;

d / for real estate surveys and real estate information: name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID number, PIN;

1. e) for documentation of contractual relations (through the conclusion of Preliminary Contracts for the purchase and sale of real estates under Article 19 of the LCP, Lease Contracts, Warranty Contracts, Deposit Agreements, Agreements, Different Types of Annexes, etc.) the activity of MC Reletti): name, telephone, e-mail, permanent address, ID card number, personal identification number;

8.1. MS Realty does not in any way disclose to third parties information disclosing personal data to consumers except with their explicit consent and in the case provided by the law.

8.2.
