The village of Sklave is the biggest village in Sandanski municipality. Every year there is a fair that dates back to Roman times. This fair was a slaves market, from where the name of the village of the “slave” was derived from a Latin “slave”. According to some unofficial sources, the leader of Spartacus’ biggest anti-Roman uprising was sold on this market. According to other unofficial sources, Spartacus was born in this village.
The house is situated at the end of the village, a quiet street with a nice view of the Pirin mountain. The property is flat, there are planted trees.
